Journal of Reproduction and Infertility

The journal is devoted to the publication of all materials related to life sciences, domestically and internationally. Although, research articles on reproduction, fertility and infertility are the main focuses of this journal, but a wide array of subjects are published, including research on reproductive gynecology, reproductive medicine, gynecologic oncology affecting fertility, reproductive endocrinology, reproductive physiology, immunology, genetic and pathology, andrology, prenatal and preimplantation genetic diagnosis, sexually transmitted infections, reproductive law and bioethics, epidemiological and psychological studies concerning reproduction and infertility.

The journal has an Open Access Policy (OA): This peer-reviewed journal provides free, immediate, permanent, full-text, online access worldwide, to its digital scientific content, mainly research articles.

The journal’s requirements for manuscript submissions are based on the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

Authors are encouraged to declare any Conflicts of Interest and the journal’s Policies on Plagiarism are very strict and any practice of plagiarism will not be tolerated.

The journal’s Peer-Review Policy is a democratic and authors may suggest or exclude peer-reviewers for their work when they submit their articles.

The journal’s site http://www.jri.ir is systematically maintained and updated on regular basis and it is open to constructive criticisms and suggestions for its enrichment.

History
This quarterly has been offered the permission to be published by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and also Journals Commission of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in July 26, 1999 and it is honored to have received a Scientific & Research rank from the commission in December 13, 2000.

Distribution
This quarterly is distributed to all the authors, and members of the editorial board, university libraries, infertility treatment centers and all research centers working on infertility throughout the country, mostly on free of charge basis.
